Want your jewelry to stay beautiful for years to come? A few simple habits can help you maintain the shine, color, and quality of your jewelry. Follow these care tips to enjoy your favorite pieces even longer:

• Avoid contact with perfumes and creams

Apply your care products first and then put on your jewelry.

• Store them in a dry place

Store your jewelry in a bag or box away from moisture or direct sunlight.

• Remove your jewelry when in contact with water

Avoid showering, swimming or washing your hands with your jewelry to prevent discoloration.

• Polish your jewelry after every wear

Use a soft cloth to polish your jewelry so that it shines beautifully again.

Divyashop strives to ship your order as quickly as possible under the following conditions:

• Orders placed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. They will be shipped the next business day, unless it is a holiday. In that case, shipping will take place the following day.
• Parcels are delivered within 1-2 days by PostNL.
• You can select the collection location after paying for your order.

It may happen that you want to return an order.

• Returns must be reported within 14 days via email address: info@divyashop.nl .
• After notification, you have another 14 days to return the package.
• Before shipment, the jewelry/accessories are checked, photographed and filmed.
• If you notice a defect in your product after receiving your package, you must report it within 24 hours . Reports received later will not be processed.

Return Policy:

• The item is in its original packaging
• Items are provided with ALL black tags.
• Items without tags will not be returned.
• Items are undamaged and unworn.
• If you return damaged items, your return will NOT be processed.
• Earrings may not be tried on for hygiene reasons. They are shipped with a seal. You can identify this by the sticker on the transparent bag. Breaking the seal voids your right of return.
• Nose rings and nose studs are NOT returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned unless the customer has discovered a defect.
• The shipping risk and costs of returning (€8.33) are for the buyer.
• Divyashop recommends that customers return items via registered mail.
• Insufficiently or unstamped returns will not be accepted by us.

After correct receipt of the return package and if the items are in their original condition, undamaged, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days in the same way as the chosen payment method.
